- All our orders are processed using PayPal, to offer our customers a secure online shopping experience. There are two payment
tracks available with our shopping cart, PayPal account holders and paying with a credit/bank card.
1) If you have a PayPal account you may use it to pay for your order. Simply add items to your cart, when you are finished click
on "view cart", then "proceed to checkout". You will be shown a PayPal login screen. Just login to your account and complete
your order.
2) If you do not have a PayPal account, or you do not want to use it for your purchase, you can use a credit/bank card to pay for
your order instead. Simply add items to your cart, when you are finished click on "view cart", then "proceed to checkout". When
you come to the PayPal login screen, click on the “continue” link at the bottom left hand portion of the screen. You can then enter
your credit/bank card information and process your order.
- For domestic shipping (continental USA) we ship via USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery time for in stock items is 5-7 business days. For out of stock items allow an additional 7-10 business days. We will
inform you via e-mail if any items in your order are out of stock. An e-mail notification will be sent to you when your order ships,
with a tracking number if applicable. This delivery time frame is an estimate, not a guarantee. We make every effort to have your
order processed in a timely fashion but delays outside our control may make the actual delivery time differ from this estimate.
Domestic Shipping Rates apply to destinations in the continental USA, all other destinations are considered international (see
"International Shipping" below). Our shipping rates include all shipping and handling charges, and are based upon your order
total:
- For orders over $750.00 additional shipping fees may be applicable. You will be informed by e-mail of the exact amount after
placing your order. If you would like to know the shipping fees before placing your order you can e-mail us at support@mini-
mumin.com with a list of the items you would like to order and your shipping address. We will then provide you with a specific quote
for your order. If you wish to proceed we will send you an e-bill and process your order as soon as payment is received.
- For international orders we ship via USPS Priority International or USPS First Class International mail.

For international orders there may be additional import duties, tariffs, or other fees charged by the destination country. We
cannot be held responsible for covering these costs or informing you of these costs, as they are entirely beyond our control. It is
your responsibility to pay all fees associated with the shipment upon receipt.
- We are dedicated to making sure that each customer receives high quality, brand new materials, in an unused condition. To ensure
this we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by sending an email to us at support@mini-mumin.com.
After 24 hours orders cannot be cancelled.
