Please take a moment and read through each section of our Policies page so that you understand the terms of usage for our website and what
to expect if you place an order with us. Use of our website and/or placing an order indicates that you understand and agree to the terms
contained herein.
Placing an Order
- Book Orders- All book orders placed through our website are fulfilled through our distributor "CreateSpace". Note that after placing an
order, your credit/bank statement will list the payment under the name "CreateSpace" not "Mini Mu'min Publications". To place an order you
will need to use an existing CreateSpace account or create a new one. The account is free and is only for the purpose of allowing you to
follow up on your order. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail/invoice. You will receive another e-mail when your
order ships, providing tracking information for your shipment.
- E-book Orders- All E-book orders placed through our website are fulfilled through our distributor "Ad-Duha Institute". Note that after
placing an order, your credit/bank statement will list the payment under the name "Ad-Duha Institute" not "Mini Mu'min Publications". After
placing your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail/invoice along with download links for your E-books. Once you have successfully
downloaded your E-books, the links will expire.
CD Orders- All CD orders placed through our website are fulfilled by Mini Mu'min Publications directly with payments processed
securely through a Paypal shopping cart. Once you have entered the number of CD's you wish to order, you have the option to pay using
either your Paypal account or using a credit card/bank card. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours after placing your order
and another e-mail notification, with tracking information if available, when your order ships.
Note: Print Books, E-books, and CD 's cannot be combined into one shopping cart, they must be ordered separately.
Domestic and International Shipping
Book Orders- All book orders ship directly from our distributor, CreateSpace. Several options for shipping times and prices will be shown
during the checkout process, simply choose the delivery speed and price that suits your needs. Keep in mind that all shipping times are
calculated excluding weekends and holidays.
CD Orders- Domestic orders ship via USPS First Class Mail with an estimated delivery of 5-10 business days. International orders ship via
USPS Priority Mail or Air Mail with estimated delivery of 10-15 business days. Keep in mind that all shipping times are calculated excluding
weekends and holidays.
Note: For International orders there may be additional import duties, tariffs, or other fees charged by the destination country. We
cannot be held responsible for covering, or informing you of, these costs as they are entirely beyond our control. It is your responsibility to pay
all fees associated with the shipment upon receipt. Also, even though your order may ship out in a timely manner, its delivery may be delayed
by being held in customs. Please keep this in mind when ordering, especially if you need your order by a specific time.
Customer Service
Book Orders- For any issues before placing an order, such as learning more about our books, wholesale ordering, questions and/or
comments about our products, etc., please contact our customer service at support@mini-mumin.com.
For any issues regarding your order once it is placed, please contact CreateSpace Customer Service directly. This includes any questions
about your order, or issues you may have after receiving your order; such as manufacturing errors, missing items, etc.
- E-book Orders- Contact us directly at support@mini-mumin.com. Please keep in mind there are no refunds for E-books, so please see our
Reading Room to view the books of your choice to determine if they fit your needs before purchasing. Note: even though our E-books are
printable, due to their high color content, they may not be suitable for all home printers.
CD Orders- Contact us directly at support@mini-mumin.com. Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns once the CD packaging has
been opened. If the CD is unopened we may refund, subject to product inspection upon return, the purchase price minus any shipping fees
incurred. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Mini Mu'min Publications reserves all rights, whether express or implied, to the products we sell and/or our website content. Use of our
website, viewing our flip books, downloading our posters, and or purchasing our products does not convey with it any ownership rights. We
do not authorize the copying, duplication, reproduction, and/or alteration of our book/website content in part or in its entirety, in any form
whether print/digital, online/offline, for profit/not for profit, or any combination thereof without prior written consent.
